quality inspection program
Detection of centrifuge tubes
Vision check:
Check the centrifuge tube for deformation, damage, or failure to close.
Experimental test:
The centrifuge tube can basically pass the inspection after passing the visual inspection.
If the visual inspection fails or passes the visual inspection, even if there are frequent bursts, leaks, etc., the experiment will be carried out by the experimenter.
A. Thirty centrifuge tubes were randomly selected for experimental testing.
B. Add 30 qualified centrifuge tube samples, add half the volume of normal saline, and centrifuge at 10,000 rpm for 20 minutes. If the tube cap bursts or leaks, it is considered that the batch of centrifuge tubes does not meet the requirements. Lab experiments require return processing.
C. After preliminary acceptance, before activating the batch of centrifuge tubes, take one, add 50 μL of distilled water, and measure it together with the sample to test whether the batch of centrifuge tubes is contaminated with amplification products.
Put 10 centrifuge tubes into a clean beaker with distilled water and soak for 30 minutes to test whether the batch of centrifuge tubes is contaminated with oleate.
D. After the above tests have no unqualified conditions, the batch of centrifuge tubes can be used.
At the same time, in order to prevent the centrifuge tube from bursting due to heat during the experiment, a plate was added to the heating module.
